The MMRF Partners would like to send out a very large THANK YOU to all of you that attended the Photo Shoot.  We had a wonderful group of volunteers that turned out for a great time.  The photos look wonderful so be on the look out for them on the website, the myspace, the renspace and the yahoo group.  Thank you again to one and all and we look forward to seeing some of you for the parade.

MMRF Partners

MMRF is making some changes to the year and characters of the new festival.  At the request of the Frankenmuth community, they are combining English and German.  There was only one way to do this that they found.  Changing the royals to King Henry VIII and Anne of Cleves (the German princess)!!

A new list of characters will be available soon.

Also changes to the applications have been made and will be available soon!!

The photo shoot is this Sunday and we are looking forward to it!

MMRF is asking for volunteers to walk the Parade as representatives of Mid Michigan Renaissance Festival!!

The parade is June 15, 2008 (Sunday) - we are asking for everyone to
meet at Captain Hooks Food & Spirits at 9:30 am, to then make our way to where we would line up for the parade. It is about a 2 mile walk. We will need volunteers to hand out beads with the festival information and discount cupons on them. All characters are welcome!!

Please contact us to let us know if you plan to participate by March 1.

For any that are interrested, we are having a photo shoot on
Sunday February 17 for the News Papers, Ad's and Promotions for MMRF.

We are asking those that want to participate to be at Captain Hooks
Food & Spirits at 1:00 pm. At that time we will travel to the site of
the new Festival for the Photo Shoot.

If you wish to participate, we ask that you RSVP and remember to wear
your garb!!!
